I. Application

This machine is applied to manufacture 8mm bright copper rod by adopting atechnology of continuous casting and rolling. Cathode copper or Scrap copper is chosen as raw materials. This production line is composed of the following parts:shaft melting furnace, holding furnace, 60T reverberatory furnace, 5-wheelcontinuous casting machine, automatic scrolling shearer, straightening & edge shaver, castingbar brushing machine, continuous rolling machine and orbital coiler and electrical controlsystem, and so on.
